Event: coffee morning

We are having a coffee morning at St Helen's Church Hall Bonnybridge on 30th April from 10-12. The home baking is superb, so please come and join us and tell your friends on facebook and in the village.

Burns night 2016

Our Burns night was a great success. The Jolly Beggars gave a fantastic evening of entertainment with very lively renditions of 'The twa Dogs' and 'Tam O'Shanter'.

We made the amazing total of £678.80.

Many thanks to Bonnybridge Golf Club who gave us the venue free, The Jolly Beggars and everyone who helped and attended.

Many thanks to Vanessa and Peter have decided to run 10k a day for the whole month of February to raise funds for The Driving Force they just want to do something to help, and you can do your bit to help them by digging deep and donating to their just giving page. Great news we have been awarded £2,500 fro the Co-operative Community Fund.

Event: Burns supper

To cheer yourselves up in February come to our Burns supper Saturday February 13th,7 for 7.30 at Bonnybridge Golf Club TICKETS £12 includes haggis etc. available from 01324 811430/826213 and Carronbank and Bonnybridge surgeries. It will be a great evening.

Event: race night

The Driving Force are having a race night on Friday 23rd Oct at 7.30 pm at Bonnybridge Golf Club. Tickets are only £3 and will be available at Carronbank and Bonnybridge Health Centres or by phoning 826213/815696. Come along and have a great evening.

We're going to be on television again.

We are very pleased to have been chosen as one of three of last years winners of an STV Scottish heroes Award to feature on their launch programme for the new series. Filming is happening today and the programme will be screened on 5th Oct which will me more good publicity for us. We were chosen because of the new things we are doing-taking visitors to visit people who have cancer and doing a pilot of taking people to dialysis appointments.

Many thanks to everyone who helped at and attended our coffee morning. Fantastic baking was provided by Annie Philpot and her team. We raised nearly £2,200 an amazing total.
